Rosa Mungía hustles down the hallway of Toppenish Junior High, carrying her baby, Daniel, to a room where the children of other Washington farmworkers spend the evening coloring and snacking while their parents take English and GED classes. Mungía is trying to save money for college. She needs an associate's degree to keep her job at the migrant preschool.
