The case of Keith Fair, Chehalis Chiropractor
A timeline of criminal activity –– and tardy state action
Keith Fair went to prison for molesting a male patient in his 20s. When he got out, Fair asked the state for his license back. He got it, but with restrictions –– not treating males under 30 without a chaperone in the room. Two years later, he was convicted of a sex crime again.
