1985: Washington Center for the Performing Arts, Olympia.
1991: Seattle Art Museum, downtown at First and University.
Meydenbauer Center Theatre, Bellevue.
Tacoma Theatre District (a three-theater complex with the remodeled Pantages and Rialto theaters, and the new Theatre on the Square for the Tacoma Actors' Guild), downtown Tacoma.
1993-95: Charlotte Martin Theatre and Eve Alvord Theatre, home of Seattle Children's Theatre, at Seattle Center.
1994: Seattle Asian Art Museum (remodel of original Seattle Art Museum), Volunteer Park on Capitol Hill.
1996: Kreielsheimer Place, home of ACT Theatre, downtown at Seventh and Union.
1997: Kirkland Performance Center, in downtown Kirkland.
Henry Art Gallery (remodel), University of Washington campus.
2000: Experience Music Project, at Seattle Center (Fifth and Harrison).
2001: Bellevue Art Museum, downtown Bellevue.
2002: Museum of Glass, Tacoma.
2003: Marion Oliver McCaw Hall, home of Pacific Northwest Ballet and Seattle Opera, at Seattle Center.
