Vehicle traffic restrictions Pike Place, along with Pine and Stewart Streets at First Avenue, closed 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day Saturday through Thursday, and Friday 8 a.m. to midnight. Also Friday: Virginia Street closed noon to midnight; Pike Street closed 8 a.m. to midnight; Western Avenue, from Lenora to Seneca Streets, closed 6 to 10 p.m. Virginia and Pike Streets closed Friday from 8 a.m. to midnight.
