Training, new rules meant to reduce abuse at adult family homes

Double amputee Jeri Ringseth is on an August outing with husband Gary after being abandoned last year by the owner of an adult family home at St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma. She lived at the hospital for 342 days until officials found an adult home to take her.
