"I was just kind of experimenting with people" Regan Golob uses his PAP-IMI last year at his Issaquah office to energize a bottle of water — he said it makes the water "wetter" — and to pulse his body at the same time. "People came out of the woodwork" to get treated, he said. Golob says he has since removed the machine, but won't say where it is.
